I need to find what this is called

I think this might be a rip off of pokemon. The only line I remember is "Sup?" "Sup Indeed" and there's this cat with a mexican accent that tells people he's gonna rape them. It was funny to me as a kid and I wanna know what its called so if you can help me with this info then thanks.
